What Size Shin Guard Compression Sleeves Do I Need?

Matikz Shin Guard Sleeves come in 2 sizes: KIDS and ADULT. We recommend Kids size for kids between the age of 5 to 10 years and Adult size for anybody older. For more details please refer to our size guide here

How Long Does The Production Process Take?

We usually aim to design and manufacture your shin guards within 4-6 working days. After we have completed your design we will email a preview to you for approval. Once approved by yourself we will produce and ship your new custom shin guards out.

What Image File Types Can I Upload?

For the best image quality on your shin guards we recommend that you send high resolution JPEG, PNG or PDF image files. Please be aware that the picture quality of your graphic design depends highly on the quality of the image files you upload to us. We advise not using any images that have been sent through WhatsApp , Instagram, snapchat or any similar social media platforms as the image quality is lost and automatically compressed when transferring images through those apps.

What Materials Are Matikz Shin Guards Made From?

Matikz shin guards are made from super strong materials that are commonly used in the Aerospace and Military industry. We use a high impact Polycarbonate for the outer shell and a non slip EVA foam layer for the soft backing.

Does Matikz Offer Any Warranty On Custom Shin Guards?

All Matikz Shin Guards come with a 1 year international warranty so you can rest assured you will be covered if they break or develop any other serious defects.

Will Matikz Shin Guards Protect Me From Dangerous Tackles?

The strong materials we use are chosen because they are very sturdy and they have a high impact capacity that is good enough for protection in a football / soccer match. Our shin guards are designed to protect you from any direct impact to the area the shin guards are covering, but are not designed to fully protect against serious injuries, caused due to violent, forbidden and sanctioned tackles.

Will My Matikz Shin Guard Graphic Designs Fade After Much Use?

Absolutely NO! Our Matikz shin guards are designed to withstand all weather and conditions. Our printing methods ensure a finish that never fades. Light scratches on the surface may occur from tackles or being dropped but the picture will never be visually defective.

Can I Put My Matikz Shin Guards In The Washing Machine?

We recommend that you ‘DO NOT’ put your Matikz shin guards in the washing machine, this can cause scratches and damage to your custom graphic design. We recommend that you only clean them with a cold damp cloth. After use in training or games, store the shin guards in a dry area, preferably with fresh air.

Cancelations and Returns

Can I Cancel My Order At Anytime?

If you have ordered anything personalised from our store you cannot cancel your order once production of the item has commenced this is due to the fact that your items are personalised specifically for you in your desired size and graphic design. Once your order has been placed, our designers get to work on your product and the manufacturing team start the cutting and priming of the materials allocate for your specific order.

Can I Return The Shin Guards After Receiving Them?

No, after receiving your Matikz personalised shin guards it is not possible to return the shin guards in order to get a refund. In the unlikely events a product is received by the customer with damage, he/she may return the product.
